It all starts in the kitchen. And at the Staffler, we’re proud of our Half Board offering. There’s a Continental Breakfast – lots of choices including seed and yoghurt bar, a selection of homemade baked breads, meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, Clipper Fair Trade and lots of fruit tea options. We’ve also award-winning British Bacon rolls and lots more available as a paid option all season long. Take a look at our current lovely paid for breakfast options. This winter we are also introducing Kofra Fair Trade and sustainability coffee beans supplied by our favourite independent Norwich Cafe chain both at breakfast and as our paid for the coffee option.
Evening meals at the Staffler are a delight! Three courses – always and complimented by a canapé. There’s soup, soup and more soup – homemade and using vegetable stock – suitable for most dietary requirements. We’re famous for our soup, always served with freshly baked bread. Our delicious main courses and puddings are a delight – mostly celebrating ‘Great British Puddings’ – both historical and modern. And there’s always our lovely ice creams.
We really love our food and with that food love comes a reluctance to throw any of it away. So we’ve asked around and collected knowledge and ideas and perfected a number of techniques and good habits to enable us to make the very most of our beloved grub. We also try hard to offer locally sourced ingredients as far as possible and are mindful of the distance our product travels.
We offer an ever-increasing number of Vegetarian and Vegan dishes at dinner as well as non-dairy milk, cheeses and butter at breakfast. We even offer a Vegetarian Bacon Roll alongside our traditional cooked breakfast options
